The Hedwig Terrace

This unique property has now announced the launch of its second rooftop terrace, "Hedwig Terrace," which offers an addition to its popular 4th floor "Rooftop Terrace." Tucked away one floor above with elegant rattan lounge furniture nestled amongst lavender beds, the terrace exudes a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere delighting guests with views of some of the city's most treasured landmarks: Hedwig's Cathedral, the Berlin Cathedral, the Unter den Linden State Opera and the Red City Hall.

The Hedwig Terrace will offer an eclectic menu of unique sushi and sashimi specialties in collaboration with "GO by Steffen Henssler." Lovers of Japanese-Californian cuisine can enjoy freshly prepared, extraordinary creations such as "White Crush Roll", "Caviar Cracker" or "Hamachi Sashimi". Bar manager Benjamin Panek and his creative team will spoil guests with specially created signature drinks and innovative summer cocktails. Guests can also look forward to the best wines and special champagne rarities from the house of Perrier-Jouët at the specially created Pernod Ricard bar.

The Rooftop Terrace

Sip Champagne on their glamorous Rooftop Terrace, watching as the Berlin city lights blink on and the sky fades from blue to pink. Order another round, perhaps a signature De Rome cocktail inspired by the view? The Touch the Sky is sublime; a light yet fragrant blend of Belsazar Rosé Vermouth, fresh strawberries and yet more Champagne. Bordered by softly swaying lavender and bamboo, the Terrace looks out over historic Bebelplatz, taking in the grand verdigris dome of St. Hedwig’s Cathedral, the colonnaded splendor of the Opera House, and the panoramic sweep of the Berlin skyline beyond.
